Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl to make the breading. 3. Stir the margarine or butter, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in another medium bowl to make sauce. 4. Cut the chicken into strips (desired size). 5. Preheat oil in a frying pan on the stove at medium. 6. Thoroughly coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture. 7. Fry chicken evenly on all sides until golden brown and still slightly pink in the middle. 8. Dip chicken in sauce and place on baking sheet (pour leftover sauce on chicken if desired). 9. Bake chicken for 10-15 minutes in the oven.

A: I've tried both and both are very messy, at least the ones I got. The sauce got all over the inside of the wrapper pretty much. Messiness aside, I liked the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was a little spicy and pretty tasty. I didn't like the buffalo chicken sandwich as much, it tasted like there was too much liquid smoke (or something with a similar taste) in the sauce.

Not being a chicken-wing-eater myself, it seems to be a terribly odd combination. Other than "I dunno, it tastes good?", I have yet to hear a definitive origin for this traditional trio.

A: The blue cheese & celery "cool" the "hot" effects of the wings. Dairy products cool spicy foods in the mouth. That is why in hot wing or hot pepper eating contests, they tend to drink milk or butter milk afterwards (water intensifies it). Drinking milk after wings sounds pretty nasty to me but I have never had it so hot that I would need that! Same thing with the celery. It has a cooling sensation when chewed. So, they both started woth a purpose, but then just became popular & just stuck with it everywhere it went.

A: I've heard of a Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese that you could google. You could also turn it into a wrap with sauce, lettuce, chopped celery and tomato. If you mean a side dish to go with it, why not a good macaroni salad with blue cheese dressing and lots of chopped celery to stand in for the celery and dip? A green salad's another option.

A: Best 4 plus dollars you will ever spend (for the sandwich alone). Not a huge fast food fan, but got the Buffalo dipped one on a road trip, and it was so good, I subsequently ate it three days in a row, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love anything Buffalo flavored, but this is one of those rare times where someone perfected it.

I need to boil 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts. A: Don't boil them! You lose too much flavor in the water. Season each with whatever herbs or spices you like, put a pat of butter on top of all, and tightly wrap them individually in aluminum foil, like you would a baked potato. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or so. It's still just as easy, takes no more time, and the end result will taste much better. And use whatever "drippings" you get right in the dip. Make sure you whisk well to emulsify before adding the chicken.

A: The recipe I make instructs to bake for 20 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. So, I would probably let it go another 10 minutes beyond that, but the key is to bake until it is hot and bubbling. Hope this helps ;) P.S. It is addicting, and also very good served with corn chips and veggies, in addition to crackers :)

A: Use Ranch. Don't use blue cheese. I'M a HUGE fan of blue cheese...but not for this dude...not for this. The balls actually sound really good...really, really good. I think the bowl of blue cheese is an absolutely awesome idea...just keep it away from my daughter so she doesn't get all over the sliding door :)
